What is the return policy?
Our After Sales Service Agreement is based on fairness and mutual cooperation, ensuring clear guidelines for returns, refunds, and warranty support. Returns without quality issues must be covered by the buyer and products must remain in resale condition. If a product has a quality issue, it must be reported within 7 days for a full refund, with the company covering shipping; after this period and within the warranty (1 year, or 6 months for batteries), repairs and parts are provided, though shipping may be the buyer’s responsibility. Non-quality issues or damage caused by misuse are not covered, though support is still offered at the buyer’s expense.
